If our products fall short of your expectations we will take them back and issue a full refund or exchange up to 45 days after purchase (return shipping included).

We strive to create experiences that bring your friends closer together. When we fall short we want to learn about your experience. Before your refund or exchange is issued we will ask that you complete a short questionnaire about your experience so we can serve you better in the future.

My order never arrived

If your order doesn’t arrive within the maximum estimated timeframe we’ll send out a replacement. Simply email support@playerten.com with your order details.

Order Cancellations

Contact support@playerten.com within 24–48hrs of placing your order. That way we should be able to catch any transaction settlement and shipping before it goes through. Anything after this window will be treated as a regular refund.

Adding items to my order after checkout

If you want to add an item to your order please email support@playerten.com within 24hrs of your purchase and we’ll do what we can to adjust things.

There are cards missing from my game

We do everything we can to make sure our products are perfect and most of the time we succeed. If cards are missing from your game on arrival please reach out to support@playerten.com

The Voting Game – The Voting Game comes with Voting cards for 10 players. If you’re wondering why there are only 90 Voting cards in your set it’s not a mistake. Players can’t vote for themselves so each player has 9 Voting cards in their hand.

My game was damaged when it arrived

Please reach out to support@playerten.com and let them know what happened. Please include your order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

I damaged some of the cards in my game, where can I get a replacement?

When we’re having fun things often get out of hand. Don’t worry, we’ve got your back. Send an email to support@playerten.com with the game and specific cards that were damaged and we’ll do our best to send you a replacement.

My game never arrived

Please check your order confirmation email and make sure it’s outside of the last day of the delivery window. If it is, please contact support@playerten.com. Please include your order number so we can process your request as quickly as possible.

Player Ten delivers products to the United States, Canada and parts of Europe. Shipping rates are outlined on our Shipping page, and will be quoted with any order.

SECTION 3 - DISCLOSURE

We may disclose your personal information if we are required by law to do so or if you violate our Terms of Service.

SECTION 4 - SHOPIFY

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Payment:
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.

Here is a list of cookies that we use. We’ve listed them here so you that you can choose if you want to opt-out of cookies or not.
_session_id, unique token, sessional, Allows Shopify to store information about your session (referrer, landing page, etc).
_shopify_visit, no data held, Persistent for 30 minutes from the last visit, Used by our website provider’s internal stats tracker to record the number of visits
_shopify_uniq, no data held, expires midnight (relative to the visitor) of the next day, Counts the number of visits to a store by a single customer.
cart, unique token, persistent for 2 weeks, Stores information about the contents of your cart.
_secure_session_id, unique token, sessional
storefront_digest, unique token, indefinite If the shop has a password, this is used to determine if the current visitor has access.
